Clarissa Lieberman, the founder of Ellie Reid Skin + former established Creative Director of intimate’s design, resigned her 20 year career to focus on developing Ellie Reid skincare line in pursuit of a pure + natural way of life.
She came over from England in 2000 + now has her family of 5 including her three year old boy + girl twins + 16 year old son. She took control of her family’s future by making her own products + sourcing the purest, clean, toxin free ingredients to use while pregnant with her growing family.
While researching what was safe to use on the skin, research showed that over 200 chemicals were found in the umbilical cord of unborn babies. These toxic chemicals come from environmental toxins; products we use on our skin + pollutants in the environment. Exposure to these toxins leads to accumulative buildup of chemicals in the body + can lead to chronic illness, disrupting our endocrine + nervous system.
At Ellie Reid Skin they believe healthy skin + balanced mind + body start from within. We don’t believe in quick fixes, but nurturing the body, using Ayurvedic, preventative methods to enhance health naturally. They don’t believe in aging + gracefully embrace the privilege of life, enhancing our natural beauty we have been given.

We go beyond skincare with a holistic approach to support a lifestyle for a healthy mind, body + soul. Focusing on wellness, enhancing the body + natural beauty from the inside out. Integrating Ayurveda, "the science of life" an ancient Indian self-healing system, to enjoy a therapeutic experience for mind, body + soul.
Every ingredient has a purpose + every product is packed full of nutrients for the skin, combining powerful plant extracts + therapeutic essential oils to aid in beautiful skin, stress relief, relaxation + enhancing your emotional, spiritual + physical well-being.
The products are created in the green room studio in New York in micro batches, produced with love, care + attention to detail with strict production procedures. We use the highest quality ingredients that are mostly locally sourced + that are all natural + organic; powerful plant nutrients, plant butters, herbal oils, herbal extracts, organic cold pressed vegetable, seed oils, fruits + pure therapeutic grade organic essential oils.
We are proud to use sustainable materials that are biodegradable + recycled packaging, glass containers to give you the purest product, without the BPA's from plastic being absorbed into the product.
