During your reiki treatment you will relax + unwind in a beautiful therapeutic space, begin to heal + balance the mind + body with a guided meditation allowing your body into deep relaxation. A customized blend of therapeutic essential oils are used to help release blockages + bring balance to the mind + body. You will begin with a marma point massage on the face  where the marma points are manipulated to increase the flow of prana (life energy) through the nadi channels. This ultimately maximizes the body’s potential to naturally balance + heal.

During your reiki treatment crystals are used to scan the body for energy blocks + then any energetic blocks are released from your body + with continuous energy flow will create a state of deep relaxation. Crystal singing bowls + tuning forks are used for sound healing, restoring the normal vibratory frequencies of out-of-harmony parts of the body + clearing any emotional blockages in the chakras.

At the end of the reiki session, emotional charged experiences that are being held in the body + possibly causing physical effects, can be removed + the emotions worked through, in where they came from + where they are being stored.
